Outfit of the Moment 9/11

It's starting to feel like fall out there!  Today's outfit of the moment consists of two outfits that I put together because I forgot to post one a couple days ago.  The first outfit is for a warmer day.  It is a dress from Rue 21 with brown buckle faux leather boots and a brown bag.

The second outfit is red/maroon skinny jeans from express with a black tank, white sweater from banana republic, and black buckle up boots.

Nails!

I know I've already posted twice today but I just painted my nails and they came out so cute!  I used OPI Nail Laquer for the light pink, Milan for the black, and Sally Hansen for the white dots.  I painted my whole nail pink, then used scotch tape to section off my nail for the black.  Then I dipped the head of a bobby pin into the white to make the dots!

Outfit of the Moment: Dress to Impress

Today's outfit of the moment is for someone who wants to dress up a simple outfit for work or school.  I chose simple black cotton shorts and a cotton camp with lace and paired it with a tan and black blazer from Forever 21.  For the shoes I chose tan and black heels from Macy's.  My bag is a simple black Vera Bradley purse.  Today's outfit is cute and casual enough to wear to school in the fall because of the cotton shorts.  To dress up this outfit you can wear long black pants for a day in the office.

I'm Back!

Hi everyone!  So I took a super long break from blogging or making videos but now I'm back on the band wagon!  I hope you all got the chance to check out my new videos on my youtube channel!  So as for fashion goes, this fall I am totally obsessed with blazers.  In my weekend shopping trip alone I bought three blazers to add to my already large collection!  They just take any normal outfit and turn them into something that looks polished and put together!  I love it, minimal effort required!  Another thing I'm loving for the fall is dresses paired with leather boots.  I love the look of a simple flare dress paired with a cute pair of slouchy leather boots!  Hopefully for this blog I will be able to do an 'outfit of the day' or outfit of the week blog post so that you guys can see how I am putting together the new clothes that I got for the fall!  Thank you for being so patient for my return!

New from Juicy Couture!

Okay so I've been to like four Juicy Couture stores in the past two weeks, all in different cities. One thing that has caught my eye at every store is the new charm bracelets and necklaces. They now not only have the silver, gold, and darker silver (not sure what that's called) but they also have multi colored and pink bracelets! So are they going to make charms with these metal colors? I dont know...the dark silver bracelet has been out for almost a year and they haven't made any charms for it so I'm guessing they're not. But Juicy hasn't been making a lot of new charms lately, sad face. At one point they were turning them out like crazy, now they're just, ehh. The only thing is I don't think I would wear like a gold charm with the multi bracelet, but maybe...I'll see. Well that's all my news from Juicy. I'll be making a new video, as soon as I get home, of a haul from my crazy amounts of shopping this past week!

La-Tweez Tweezers Review

So, over the past few years I've been on a quest to find the best tweezers...I know, a little strange but I'll explain myself. So my old tweezers were really dull and didn't really do the job on my eyebrows that I needed. Then I finally found some that I could deal with. They were just regular tweezers from Avon. I used them for about a year untill they were finally lost in the black hole of my bathroom...I think someone took them and never returned them. So anyways, I was back to my old nubby tweezers spending way more time than I should need to on my eyebrows.

Then, a miracle happened. A miracle called La-Tweez tweezers. They are very sharp and percise and they have a light in the middle, so you can actually see what you are doing. They come with this little carrying case thing that looks like a lipstick holder and in it is a magnified mirror. So you can turn on the little light and look in the mirror to pluck your eyebrows whenever! I love these tweezers, they are not dull and annoying, and they make it so easy to pluck! Yes it is still painful...but there's not getting around that, sorry girls! But it is slightly less painful because of the precision tip, making it so that you don't have to dig at one hair for 20 minutes!

I purchased my La-Tweez tweezers at my hair salon. These are sort of "high class" tweezers so you won't be able to find them at CVS or your local pharmacy (probably). They cost about $20, which is kind of expensive for tweezers but they work so well! The button that you press to turn the light on is a swarovski crystal, so that's probably half the reason that it costs so much. The La-Tweez tweezers come in black, and limited edition colors such as pink with a white crystal (for Mothers day) and white with a red crystal (for Valentines day). The La-Tweez website also has many other products such as brushes, and nail care items. So definitely check it out if you're in need of a new set of tweezers! They may be expensive but they are so worth it! (http://www.la-tweez.com/)
